Job summary

Harriet’s Hamburgers in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Front of House Shift Lead to supervise the FOH team during shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will lead by example, assist with scheduling and timekeeping, train and mentor staff, handle cash operations, maintain cleanliness and safety, and coordinate with kitchen and management to keep service smooth and hospitable.
