Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Harriet's operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Passion for hospitality and the ability to inspire others to deliver excellence.
• Understanding of financial aspects of restaurant operations, including cost control and labor management.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the restaurant following established procedures
• Lead daily back-of-house operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent quality
• Write checks for vendors and scan invoices accurately
• Ensure that food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance standards are consistently met
• Collaborate with the team to improve the speed of service, guest satisfaction, and overall cleanliness
• Foster personal growth and develop leadership skills in team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards in all areas, including production, preparation, inventory management, team supervision, and customer relations
• Maintain equipment, kitchen organization, and inventory levels
