Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role supports a well-trained crew, maintains a clean line, and assists with office duties as needed.

You will guide food safety practices, help resolve incidents, and contribute to staff development and scheduling, in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety standards and health department guidelines.
• Experience with cash handling policies and daily cash reconciliation.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served to customers.
• Help resolve food quality issues and maintain safety standards.
• Monitor hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature controls on the line.
• Support positive customer experiences and resolve incidents promptly.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
