Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served while coaching a capable restaurant crew. You will maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment and supervise breaks, shifts, and training to support smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location (English).
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Monitor line safety and cleanliness; ensure proper equipment is functioning.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist compliance.
• Assist with crew training, performance reviews, and developing future leaders.
