Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent service. The role requires standing on the line, staying engaged, and assisting with tasks when not busy.

The Service Leader will help resolve customer incidents, monitor crew schedules, develop front-of-house staff, and support with office duties and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety on line.
• Monitor line operations, breaks, and shift changes to maintain efficiency.
• Assist with crew training and performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with office tasks as needed.
