Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts in New Orleans is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead from the floor, developing the team, delivering memorable guest experiences, and driving restaurant operations. You will set high standards and model our hospitality values.

As a Service Manager, you’ll ensure guest satisfaction, coach staff, and work with culinary and leadership to achieve financial and service goals. Weekend and evening shifts required; weekly pay and strong benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership or management experience in a full-service environment.
• Strong front-of-house operational knowledge and floor presence.
• Passion for hospitality and developing people.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
• Understanding of restaurant financials and labor management.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead front-of-house operations with strong on-floor presence.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle guest concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop front-of-house staff.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and support service open/close.
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and labor management.
• Collaborate with culinary and leadership for seamless guest experience.
• Support General Manager in achieving goals.
