Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive customer experience and ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line and ensure equipment functions properly.
• Monitor and manage crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
