Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Dubois is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, support and develop your team, and maintain the warm, welcoming atmosphere our guests expect. You will report to the General Manager and oversee daily service standards, hiring, training, and ensuring safety and quality.

Competitive pay from $48,000 to $58,000 with benefits, a 48-hour work week and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency
• Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members
• Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices
• Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members
• Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team
