Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Lewisburg seeks a Restaurant Manager who can lead front-of-house operations, inspire the team, and deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences. You will report to the General Manager, drive sales, uphold service standards, maintain a clean, safe, and hospitable dining room, and help hire and train staff in a fast-paced family dining environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
• Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices.
• Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members.
• Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team.
