Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Bloomsburg is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, develop the team, and deliver a warm, welcoming guest experience. You will report to the General Manager and drive daily operations with a focus on service quality and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior management experience in family or casual dining, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred.
ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations with high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices.
Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members.
Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team.
