This role reports to the General Manager. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, driving sales, upholding service standards, and training staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
• Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant.
