Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Operations Manager in Tampa to lead Guest Services and Food & Beverage, ensuring top-tier hospitality across the venue. You will hire, schedule, coach, and develop teams, while managing game/bay operations, dining service, guest safety, and retail.

A flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. In this role you’ll drive guest satisfaction, oversee budgets, and leverage metrics to maximize profitability across departments while upholding

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading both food & beverage and guest-facing operations preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications; must be 21 years of age or older as required by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guest Services and Food & Beverage teams to deliver best-in-class hospitality.
• Staff and manage game/bay operations, dining, and common areas for efficiency.
• Hire, schedule, coach, and develop team members across both departments.
• Oversee budgets, cost management, and inventory for two departments.
