Job summary

Topgolf seeks a Front of House Operations Manager to lead Guest Services and Food & Beverage in our Tampa venue. The role blends operational precision with hospitality, hiring, scheduling, and coaching to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will oversee game and bay operations, safety, retail, and leagues, while managing budgets and driving guest satisfaction in a high-energy environment that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading both food & beverage and guest-facing operations strongly preferred.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise both Guest Services and Food & Beverage teams in delivering best-in-class experiences.
• Ensure all guest areas, bays, tee line, dining, and common areas are fully staffed and running efficiently.
• Uphold operating standards and drive guest safety and satisfaction across every touchpoint.
• Stay visible on the floor and engage with guests to continuously assess and elevate their experience.
• Lead hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development for both departments.
• Coach and develop team members daily and drive engagement across teams.
