Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage FOH staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, lead training, and uphold safety and policies in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key employees through daily feedback during one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work, setting hours and weekly schedules, and assigning tasks
• Creating a fun, safe environment through core values and incentives
• Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
