Job summary

Loverboy, San Antonio, TX, is seeking a hands-on Front of House Lead to supervise the floor during service and maintain a warm, organized guest experience. You will coordinate with the kitchen and bar, coach staff, and uphold standards and financial controls while remaining calm and visible on the floor.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, training new team members, managing reservations and seating, and ensuring peak service quality during busy periods.

Qualifications

• At least two years of front-of-house restaurant experience; supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead each shift from the floor and maintain an active presence in dining areas.
• Set the tone for welcoming, attentive hospitality that reflects Loverboy.
• Monitor service timing, dining room readiness, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and document follow-ups.
• Manage seating flow, reservations, waitlist, and large parties with the host team.
• Supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and other FOH staff.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and train on hospitality standards and POS procedures.
• Provide feedback and address performance consistently and professionally.
