You will partner with culinary leadership to connect the kitchen and dining room, build a people-first culture, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

This hands-on leadership role rewards initiative, empathy, and accountability, while guiding schedules, training, and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience in full-service or fast casual environments.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced setting and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Guest Experience: lead service with a hands-on presence and ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for.
• Manage and Develop the Front-of-House Team: train, mentor, and provide real-time feedback.
• Lead Service & Dining Room Operations: oversee shifts and maintain floor presence for smooth service.
• Support Operational Excellence: ensure safety, procedures, scheduling, and coverage.
