DUFFY'S SPORTS GRILL in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house operations under the General Manager/Regional Manager. You will oversee guest services, coaching staff, scheduling, and adherence to brand standards, health and safety policies, and financial targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring costs, coaching, and ensuring a positive guest experience through effective CRM practices and team leadership.
