Responsabilités

• Monitor restaurant operations to ensure product quality and guest services.
• Control food and labor costs, budgets, and payroll sheets.
• Coach and counsel staff; maintain a positive attitude.
• Prioritize guest relations and manage CRM-related expectations.
• Write schedules and plan floor coverage; anticipate staffing needs.
• Open and close the store using checklists; oversee FOH standards.
• Train with FOH Trainers and ensure proper SOPs.
• Place orders through Sysco and manage par levels.
• Coordinate local store marketing initiatives and basic P&L awareness.
