Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead manager-level staff, implement smart cost controls, and coordinate with vendors and marketing initiatives to deliver strong guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L and budgeting to improve long-term profitability.
• Manage Sysco ordering, inventory, and cost controls.
• Lead FOH/BOH staff development and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate onboarding, payroll, and HR issues for staff.
• Drive local store marketing initiatives and manager meetings.
