Job summary

Golden Corral Thornton is seeking entry-level, hourly management staff who will be cross-trained in all restaurant roles and learn operations from ordering to menu planning, under the guidance of the General Manager.

You will complete a seven-week hands-on training program, benefit from flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for upward mobility within a team-focused, family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must have some restaurant management experience and be willing to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Cross-trained in all skill positions within the restaurant and learn operational tasks.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager and participate in menu planning.
• Complete a seven-week hands-on training program designed to teach in-store management skills.
