Job summary

Golden Corral is seeking energetic, friendly individuals for an entry-level, hourly management position. You will be cross-trained in all kitchen and service roles and gain hands-on experience in ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning as part of a one-year certification program.

You will work closely with the General and Associate Managers, with paid training and opportunities for advancement at a top company. Prior restaurant management exposure is valued, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high volume restaurant with diversified menu offering.
• Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma and college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-trained in all skill positions within the restaurant and gain knowledge of ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning.
• Work closely with the General and Associate Managers and participate in a one-year certification program to teach in-store management skills.
• You will be responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective leadership.
