Golden Corral is seeking energetic, friendly individuals for an entry-level, hourly management role where you are cross-trained across all restaurant positions and learn operations including ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning.

You will work with General and Associate Managers and complete a one-year certification program to develop in-store management skills. Paid training and upward mobility are part of the benefits package for you and your family.

Competenze

• 1-2 years experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high volume restaurant with diversified menu offering.
• Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma and college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred.

Mansioni

• Cross-trained in all skill positions within the restaurant and gain knowledge of ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning.
• Complete a one-year certification program including modules designed to teach in-store management skills.
• Work with General and Associate Managers to develop management skills and lead operations.
