Job summary

Annette's Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral is seeking an entry-level, hourly management team member. You will be cross trained in all skill positions within the restaurant and learn operational tasks including ordering, receiving, storage and menu planning.

A certification program will teach in-store management skills, with responsibilities in both front and back of the house. Benefits include paid training, advancement opportunities, and a path to growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant with diversified menu offering.
• Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma and college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross trained in all skill positions within the restaurant and gain knowledge of operational tasks.
• Assist in food production and operations of the back of the house and front of the house to ensure quality and hospitality standards.
• Complete a certification program teaching in-store management skills and support in ordering, receiving, storage and menu planning.
• When salaried managers are not on duty, assume front and back of house management responsibilities.
