Golden Corral, franchised by R.F.R., Inc. dba Golden Corral, is seeking energetic individuals for an entry-level, hourly management position. You will be cross-trained in all restaurant roles and participate in a one-year certification program covering ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning.

You will work closely with general and associate managers and be part of a team that offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities for upward mobility within a top franchise.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high volume restaurant with diversified menu offering.
• Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma and college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-trained in all skill positions within the restaurant
• Gain knowledge of ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning
