Job summary

Golden Corral Corporation is seeking an entry-level, hourly management position where you will be cross trained in all restaurant roles and learn operations such as ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning. You will work with General and Associate Managers and complete a management certification program.

Join a franchise opportunity with potential for advancement; travel to multiple locations may be required and training is provided to develop in-store management skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in food service, preferably in management at a high-volume restaurant.
• Education with high school diploma and college coursework in hospitality or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food production and restaurant operations, ensuring quality, hospitality, and cleanliness.
• Cross-train in all skill positions; support in back-of-house and front-of-house; step in for manager when needed.
