National Mechanics – Philadelphia, PA
$25/hr | Full-Time

National Mechanics has been a neighborhood and community bar and restaurant in Old City for almost 20 years. We’re a gastropub at heart - sometimes a cocktail bar, sometimes an event space, always casual and welcoming.

We’re looking for a Front of House Manager to keep service running smoothly and help the team stay organized, supported, sane, and focused. You’ll handle scheduling, training, shift coverage, FOH inventory, and event coordination and be the go-to for guest issues and daily service flow.

This is a hands-on role. We want someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and knows when to step in and when to step back.


What we’re looking for:

FOH experience and leadership skills
Comfortable managing a small, tight-knit team
Positive energy, clear communication, and good judgment
Available evening: Wednesday–Sunday
