As we continue to expand our presence in the U.S. market, we are seeking passionate, self-motivated Independent Sales Representatives with existing connections in the beauty industry—especially among hair salons and stylists.
Position Overview: We are looking for experienced sales professionals to introduce and promote Hairdreams’ world-class hair extensions and hair-thickening solutions to their salon network. This commission-based role is ideal for those who already work with salon professionals and want to enhance their portfolio with a premium, in-demand brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Introduce Hairdreams’ premium hair extensions, including our revolutionary MicroLines and Nano Extensions, to salon owners, hairstylists, and beauty professionals.
Leverage existing relationships to drive product placements, retail partnerships, and service integration.
Conduct in-salon training sessions and demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of Hairdreams products and application techniques.
Educate salon teams on product features, client benefits, and sales techniques to maximize retail potential.
Assist in coordinating sample programs, in-salon events, and special promotions.
Serve as the local point of contact for salons, providing ongoing support and product guidance.
Collaborate with Hairdreams’ marketing team to roll out co-branded promotions, social media campaigns, and educational content.
Achieve monthly sales goals through active relationship-building and consistent follow-up.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty, hair care, or salon industry.
Existing client network in the salon/stylist channel is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Passion for luxury beauty, premium hair care, and transformative salon services.
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with hair extensions, hair-thickening solutions, and application techniques is a significant advantage.
Ability to travel locally to visit salons, conduct training, and support clients.
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a luxury brand.
