Job description

At Millennium Systems International, we’ve spent decades helping beauty and wellness professionals around the world grow thriving businesses through our powerful Meevo software platform, world-class education, and dedicated support. As we expand our reach, we’re looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us connect with salons and spas that are ready to level up their business operations.
This role is perfect for someone who is curious, driven, and excited about making meaningful connections. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing Teams to nurture prospects, generate qualified leads, and help guide businesses toward long-term success with Meevo. Remote role for candidates in Utah, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Arizona.

What You’ll Do:
  • Generate and Qualify Leads: Proactively identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and engagement with inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with Purpose: Make meaningful connections with salon and spa owners and decision-makers, sharing how Meevo can support their growth.
  • Meet Weekly Targets: Hit outreach benchmarks (e.g., calls, emails, video messages) and contribute to qualified pipeline goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales and Marketing to align messaging, coordinate handoffs, and continuously improve the buyer journey.
  • Maintain CRM Hygiene: Accurately log outreach activity, track engagement, and manage your pipeline within Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Learn the Meevo product suite, understand the beauty and wellness industry landscape, and keep up with evolving client needs.

What You Bring:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or industry experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience:
    • 0–2 years of B2B sales, inside sales, or lead generation experience (graduates welcome).
    • Experience in the beauty, wellness, or fitness space—especially as a GM, FM, or DM—is a plus!
  • Sales Instincts: You’re comfortable engaging with senior-level decision-makers and love the challenge of sparking new opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to adapt your message across audiences.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools is ideal.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
