Two James Spirits, LLC seeks a Front of House Manager to oversee daily tasting room operations and lead a staff to deliver outstanding guest service. You will manage guest interactions, train and motivate the team, and ensure a positive, brand-aligned environment.

You will develop service standards, monitor inventory, and coordinate events and promotions to boost guest satisfaction.

The Role
