Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate service expectations.

• Ensure service areas remain clean, organized and properly stocked.

This position plays a key role in ensuring that guests receive a welcoming, organized and memorable experience from arrival through the end of service.

The FOH Manager will work closely with management, servers, bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff and other team members to maintain service standards and keep operations running smoothly during both regular dining service and live events.
