• Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and financial reports.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Associate degree or higher in hospitality management or related field.
• Strong wine knowledge preferred.
