Marbled & Fin, in downtown Charleston, is locally owned and operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). The restaurant features sleek interiors; polished, progressive menus with options to delight every diner; and, above all, an unwavering focus on top-notch hospitality. The atmosphere is modern and elevated without feeling exclusive, creating a celebratory and lively backdrop that breaks the mold of traditional steakhouse dining.

The ideal candidate should be a leader in the field of hospitality with a commitment to fostering a culture of enthusiasm and expertise within our establishment. The Marbled & Fin manager MUST have a passion for hospitality and a desire to facilitate memorable experiences for our guests.

This Front of House manager is someone who will embody strong leadership traits and adept decision-making skills while being creative, curious, and committed to cultivating an atmosphere of professionalism.

The Front of House Manager is:

• Experienced in a full-service, professional environment, with 2+ years in a management position.
• Passionate about hospitality with an in-depth knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and refined cocktails.
• Honest, genuine, and has an ownership-driven mentality with a hands-on attitude.
• Excited to spend time providing once in a lifetime hospitality to our guests, in addition to assisting staff and problem solving on demand.
