Job summary

The June Group seeks a polished Maître d’ to lead the front-of-house arrival experience, set the tone for every visit, and build lasting member relationships. As a primary contact for members and guests, you will blend hospitality with operational acumen to ensure seamless arrivals, reservations, and transitions throughout the club.

Qualifications

• Previous Maître d, head host or lead host experience in upscale settings.
• Strong hospitality fundamentals and ability to read a room.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse members.
• Ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and stay composed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee arrival experience and member relations at the entrance/host stand.
• Manage reservations, seating, waitlists, and walk-ins with smooth pacing.
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, managers, and kitchen leadership for seamless service.
• Lead and coach front-of-house team to uphold service standards.
• Help establish pre-opening and operations routines for consistent guest experiences.
