Job summary

Yardbird Group in Las Vegas is seeking an Event Sales Manager to own the full lifecycle of private dining and large-party revenue. You will drive proactive outreach, build lasting client partnerships, and coordinate with the GM and sales leadership to maximize brand-aligned revenue opportunities.

The role blends creativity with performance, demanding strong leadership, meticulous planning, and exceptional guest service to exceed expectations while maintaining financial goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant group sales or hospitality sales.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals in fast-paced environments.
• Strong negotiation skills within brand and pricing guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with Tripleseat is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive private dining and group sales through proactive outreach and inbound lead conversion.
• Respond to inquiries within 24–48 hours with urgency.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, contracts, and closing.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and repeat clients.
• Prepare customized proposals, menus, floor plans, and event details for each client.
• Create and manage BEOs with accuracy for all departments.
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH to ensure seamless execution.
• Coordinate staffing and operational needs for events.
• Oversee on-site and off-site events ensuring exceptional guest experience.
• Track, analyze, and report weekly sales performance; adjust strategies.
