Responsibilities

  • Implement ticketing policies and procedures.
  • Monitor seat holds and venue capacities for events at multiple campuses.
  • Manage online ticket sales for events and campuses.
  • Respond promptly to patron inquiries for all performances.
  • Hire and train student ushers and approve schedules and payroll.
  • Oversee public spaces, signage, supplies and safety readiness.
  • Maintain event listings, seating and capacities in ArtsVision.
  • Provide onsite event coverage and act as main patron contact.
