Johns Hopkins University at the Peabody Institute seeks a Front of House Coordinator to oversee FOH operations for public and private events in Baltimore and Washington, DC. You will implement ticketing policies, manage online sales, and respond to patrons with a focus on excellent service.
You will hire, train and schedule student ushers, supervise payroll, and maintain FOH policies. This is a full-time role based at Peabody with responsibilities across campus venues.

Reporting to the Concert Office Manager, the Front ofHouse Coordinator will oversee the front of house operations for public and private events at Peabody Institute’s Baltimore campus and the Washington, DC performance space, and will assist the Concert Office Manager with general administrative duties.

Manage student usher and box office crew for all performancevenues
Oversee public spaces and crowd flow
Maintain Internal and Public Information for Staff, Faculty,Students and Patrons

Blood tests for immunities to these diseases areordinarily included in the pre-employment physical exam except forthose employees who provide results of blood tests or immunizationdocumentation from their own health care providers. Anyvaccinations required for these diseases will be given at no costin our Occupational Health office.
