Job summary

Electric Hospitality is seeking an Operations Manager for Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall in Atlanta. You will lead front-of-house operations, train staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Collaborate with kitchen and management to maintain service flow, monitor metrics, and manage budgeting and inventory while upholding safety standards. Ideal candidates have hospitality management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must have prior managerial experience in hospitality or restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on service quality.
• Excellent communication with staff and guests, with the ability to coach and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and develop servers, hosts, and bartenders.
• Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor guest feedback and service metrics to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in budgeting, labor cost control, and inventory management.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance across FOH areas.
• Support hiring and performance reviews for FOH staff.
