Job summary

Electric Hospitality in Atlanta is seeking a hands-on Utility Team Member to help keep Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall's spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. This fast-paced role supports dining areas, facilities, and event spaces with a team-first mindset.

You’ll work indoors and outdoors, handle light maintenance, assist with guest flow, fires in winter, and help other departments during busy service. No two shifts are the same, and reliability matters.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk 8–10 hours per shift.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Hospitality, facilities, maintenance, landscaping, or custodial experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor dining areas.
• Assist with daily facility upkeep and general property maintenance.
• Complete routine Grove maintenance (opening/closing, seasonal upkeep).
• Build and maintain outdoor fires during colder months following safety procedures.
• End-of-night garbage removal, recycling, and waste management.
• Assist with deliveries, stocking, moving furniture, and setting up/breaking down event spaces.
• Identify maintenance needs and report to management.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly.
• Support all departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace for guests and team members.
