Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience (FOH Manager, Service Manager, or similar).
• Experience in event-driven or high-volume restaurants.
• Calm, confident presence on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily FOH operations across service periods.
• Train, coach, and develop FOH staff with a focus on hospitality standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and operational reporting.
