Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team in Avon, OH, delivering rockstar-level service and hospitality. This role includes coaching staff, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring all venue areas are staffed and operating smoothly.

The position also entails opening/closing procedures, shift management, hiring, scheduling, and supporting team development. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certification for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest-facing team to deliver best-in-class service and hospitality.
• Coach team members and drive guest satisfaction.
• Manage openings, closings, shifts, and staffing.
• Support hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and development.
