San Pedro Fish Market Long Beach is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead dining areas, coach crew, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will manage opening/closing procedures, guest interactions and adherence to service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in food service or hospitality, is bilingual English/Spanish, and holds a Manager Food Handler’s Card with RBS certification. This on-site role offers solid benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 5+ years of food service or hospitality experience.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
• Current Manager Food Handler’s Card and RBS certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining areas, table touch, guest recovery and atmosphere.
• Engage with guests to promote future visits.
• Coach and drive positive crew behavior aligning with core values.
• Train, develop and supervise crew members; monitor performance.
