Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year related experience in a similar work environment.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
• Open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant when possible.
• Effectively operate the seating and reservation system and provide an estimated wait time.
• Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.
• Seat guests based on preferences and balance across tables.
• Answer phones with proper greeting and direct calls or take messages.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Host station and front entry.
• Thank guests as they depart and invite return visits.
• Comply with all regulations and company policies; report violations or concerns to management.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
