Job summary

San Pedro Fish Market Long Beach is seeking a Server to deliver friendly, timely dining service and create a positive guest experience in a lively seafood restaurant. You will guide guests through the menu, take and enter orders, and work with teammates to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 1+ year of casual dining experience, and bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of casual dining experience as a server, host or busser.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Card and LEAD Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with excellent service and assist as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials.
• Enter accurate orders into the POS system and process payments.
• Observe guest dining experience and respond to requests promptly.
• Adhere to all city, state, federal and company food and beverage regulations.
