You will manage scheduling, train staff, monitor guest satisfaction, coordinate with kitchen and management, and uphold health and safety standards while driving service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of POS systems and scheduling software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage scheduling, shift assignments, and daily team communication to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to coordinate service and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of FOH supplies as needed.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
• Support the implementation of new policies, procedures, and promotional initiatives.
