A fast paced gourmet café is looking for a full time front of house floor manager/assistant manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience in full service or casual dining environments. Responsibilities include ensuring high customer service standards, motivating staff, and executing high work ethics. College education is preferred but a high school degree is required. Familiarity with various restaurant management aspects, including kitchen operations and customer service, is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years managing a restaurant.
• Familiarity with back of house/kitchen safety and sanitation.
• Knowledge of HR and facility maintenance.
