Job summary

Drive Shack in West Palm Beach is seeking a Team Lead to ensure top-quality hospitality and support the Front of House operations. You will help create an inviting atmosphere built on positivity, shared knowledge, and effective communication.

The role includes supervising shifts, training staff, and maintaining food-and-beverage service standards while ensuring safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction. Experience in FOH leadership is preferred and flexibility to work evenings and weekends is

Qualifications

Experience supervising Front of House is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Strong communication and customer service focus.
Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure proper daily operations of the bar including product control, guest engagement, cleanliness, health and hygiene, and quality control.
Build strong rapport with guests and promote prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
Organize and supervise shifts.
Assist in daily staff formation, as well as training and ongoing development.
Ensure work is carried out in ways that minimize risks to health and safety and maintain compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Facilitate communication between guests, bar staff, supervisors, and managers.
Be responsive to all guest requests and concerns.
