Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires two+ years of hands-on experience in a dining room or food service atmosphere.
• Must possess proven leadership qualities and the ability to communicate clearly with staff and management.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the dining room and all dining room staff.
• Collaborate with upper management and co-managers to include new products, training methods, policies and procedures in training programs.
• Develop dining room handbooks and training manuals.
