Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Casino Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the casino floor, including Slots, Casino Beverage, and Table Games. You will ensure courteous, timely service while maintaining compliance and profitability, guiding a team toward excellent guest experiences.

The role requires strong communication, leadership potential, and the ability to coordinate cross-department workflows in a fast-paced environment at our Columbus, Nebraska location.

Competenze

• Excellent communication skills including tact when dealing with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree or supervisory experience preferred.
