Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to the restaurant.
• Must obtain an Ohio Lottery Non-Gaming License.
• Proficient using the OpenTable app for reservations and seating.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to provide care under pressure.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry items throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and courteous guest service to meet needs promptly.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain a welcoming dining area.
• Polish and roll silverware; polish glassware to meet presentation standards.
• Assist servers by tray up and delivering food to guests.
• Use OpenTable to seat guests and manage reservations when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining room and service areas.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance per grooming standards.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
