Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with reservation systems or software is a plus.
• Previous host/hostess experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them according to the seating chart and rotation.
• Manage waitlists and reservations, estimate wait times, and notify guests when tables are ready.
• Provide guests with information about the restaurant, menu items, and promotions.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating and service.
